Learn how to review and digitally sign your child’s reports in the Parent Portal. Signing confirms that you’ve read and acknowledged the report, keeping communication clear between families and staff.
Open the Parent PortalLog in to your Parent Portal with your account details.
If you have more than one child, select your child’s name from the dropdown at the top of the Daily Reports screen.
View the ReportGo to the Daily Reports tab.
Tap the report you want to view.
Use the Display dropdown if you’d like to filter for specific types of reports — such as incidents, observations, or medication.
Review the DetailsRead through the full report carefully to confirm all information is correct.
If anything looks unclear, you can contact your service for clarification before signing.
Add Your SignatureScroll to the bottom of the report and tap Add Parent Signature.
Use your finger (or stylus) to draw your digital signature.
Tap Save Signature, then Add Signature to confirm.
ConfirmationA success message will appear once your signature is saved.
The report will now be marked as Signed, letting staff know you’ve reviewed and acknowledged it.
