Learn how to view your invoices in the AcornCloud Parent Portal — see what was charged, payments received, and any funding applied to your child’s account.
Open Your Child’s ProfileLog in to your Parent Portal.
Tap your child’s name to open their profile.
Go to the Billing TabSelect the Billing tab to see all invoices linked to your child’s account.
Each invoice period will show:
The amount billed
Payments received
The remaining balance for that week or month
View Detailed Billing InformationTap a date range to open a detailed view.
Here you can see:
What was charged
Any funding applied
The payment method used if you made a payment in that timeframe
The date and amount received by the service
Change How Billing Is GroupedYou can switch between weekly or monthly invoice views using the dropdown at the top right — whichever is easier for you.
Tap a month to expand it and view all charges and payments for that period.
Best Practice TipsCheck your Billing tab regularly to stay up to date with payments and balances.
Tap a specific invoice if you want to see what was billed or funded for that time.
