This guide will help you navigate the app and make the most of its features so you can stay connected to your child’s care, learning, and updates from your service.
Logging InAfter logging in, you’ll land on the Home Screen, where you’ll see:
Your service name at the top
Your profile avatar (top-right corner)
Quick access to your children, applications, and billing overview
Updating Your ProfileTo update your personal details:
Tap the avatar icon (top-right).
Select View Profile.
Tap Edit.
Update your details in the form.
Tap Submit to save.
Updating Your Email AddressYou can update your email directly in the app:
Tap on your email address.
Enter the new email.
Tap Update Email.
Your changes will automatically update on the service’s system.
Submitting a New Application (e.g., for a Sibling)To apply to enroll another child:
Go to My Applications.
Tap New.
Enter your child’s details.
Submit the application.
Your service will receive this instantly.
Viewing Your FamilyUnder Family, you’ll see:
All enrolled children
Linked parents/guardians
A quick financial summary per child (e.g., balance due or surplus)
Tap a child’s name to open their full profile.
Managing Your Child’s ProfileInside your child’s profile, you can:
Update medical details
Add GP information
Record dietary requirements
Review permissions
Edit general information
Simply tap Edit, update the form, and select Update.
Activities & Signing FormsThe Activities tab shows records logged by the service, such as:
Medication administered
Incidents
General updates
Some activities require a parent signature.
To sign:
Filter by the relevant activity (e.g., Medicine).
Tap Update Parent Signature.
Add your signature.
Tap Confirm.
Schedule & AttendanceThe Schedule tab shows:
Your child’s booked days and times
Future schedules using the calendar picker
The Attendance tab displays:
Days attended
Check-in and check-out times
Leave requests must be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
To apply:
Select the dates.
Choose a reason.
Upload supporting documents (if required).
Select sessions affected.
Tap Apply for Absence.
DocumentsThe Documents section allows you to:
Upload files (e.g., medical certificates)
Access policies or forms shared by your service
Tap a document to open or download it.
Billing OverviewThe Billing section provides:
A breakdown of charges and invoices
Weekly or monthly billing (depending on your service setup)
Date filters to review specific periods
Child-specific billing views
Learning & DevelopmentView curriculum plans and upcoming activities prepared for your child.
See reflections, observations, and photos recorded by educators.
You can also:
Upload your own photos from home
Add comments
Engage with your child’s learning record
GalleryAll photos your child is tagged in will appear here—an easy way to stay connected to their day!
BroadcastsService announcements are shared here and organised by room.
If you have children in different rooms, you can switch between them to view relevant updates.
Messaging the ServiceUse the Messages tab to communicate with your child’s room.
